Returns / Exchanges:
Gift Certificates and Dance Class Cards are non-returnable and non-refundable. Our costuming catalog merchandise has a 30 day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. There are no exchanges or refunds on sale items.
Refunds are only accepted with prior authorization. Send us an email at email@example.com to explain the reason for the return. To be eligible for a return, you must not have used the item and it must be in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item.
Send your returned merchandise with the original receipt to 35 Blake Street, Hamilton, Ontario CANADA L8M 2S4. You should consider using a trackable and / or insurable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost packages that are not delivered to us. We will email you once we have received your package. If everything is in order, a credit for the cost of the merchandise will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are interested in exchanging your returned order for other merchandise in our shop, please provide the product information in your initial email. The applicable merchandise will be disabled from our online shop in order to hold it for you while your return is in transit. Once your return credit is processed, your exchange merchandise will be posted online in a special listing, reserved in your name so only you will be able to purchase it.
If we have inadvertently shipped you the wrong item, we will reimbursed you for the cost of shipping the returned item to us and we will pay for the cost of shipping the correct item to you.
Please be aware that tribal textiles and jewelry items often have signs of wear or damage from years of use. You can expect dings or dents, scratches, missing parts or tribal dirt. These characteristics add to the charm and authenticity of the piece, and are not considered to be product defects. The condition of each piece is clearly visible in the photographs and noted in the product descriptions. Each item you see is the exact item that you will receive.
